"Good deals and rewards actually add up"
I order from camile regularly, and to be fair, the promos are actually worth using rather than just random offers nobody wants. The loyalty points built up faster than I expected too, and I got money off my last order, which was a nice surprise. I’m usually a bit wary of customer service with food apps and restaurants because it often feels like a hassle if anything goes wrong, but so far I haven’t had much reason to deal with them. The food’s always been good, so it makes it an easy choice when I don’t feel like cooking

Ordered from camile.ie and waited a fair bit for the food to show up. When it finally arrived, it was basically cold, the noodles were barely warm and the curry needed a little spa session in the microwave. Once reheated, it tasted alright, but when you’re paying for delivery, it’s wild to have to finish cooking it yourself.

"Pretty good deal most nights"
The prices feel fair for what you get, the portions are usually solid especially when there’s a deal going on. The delivery fee can sneak up a little, but overall I still think it’s worth it.

I’ve ordered from camile a few times now and it’s been reliable each time. The food usually shows up hot, tastes fresh, and the portions are decent too. I haven’t had any real issues so far, which is nice because a lot of takeaway problems feel preventable. Overall, no complaints from me

"Wrong order again, seriously?"
I ordered a bowl and some sides, and what showed up was completely wrong. Like, not even close to what I picked. Missing sides too. Come on, this is just dumb.
"Works fine when it’s not getting in my way"
I can usually get my order in without too much trouble, which is really all I care about, but the app does freeze on me sometimes and it gets annoying fast. The website menus also feel kind of clunky on my phone, so it’s not exactly a smooth experience when I’m just trying to order quickly.

The staff were nice when I ordered, and I appreciated that they were friendly without making things feel awkward. I had a quick question about the menu, and they answered it politely, which made the interaction feel easy enough.
That said, I got the impression they were busy and just trying to keep the line moving. It didn’t come across as rude to me, more like they were focused on getting through orders quickly rather than taking much time with each person.
Overall, I’d say it was an okay experience. The people seemed genuinely nice, but personally I think the service would feel a lot better if it were a little more relaxed and less rushed.

"Reply was fine, just slower than expected"
I had a problem with my order, so I messaged customer service thinking it would be a quick fix. They did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I expected?! i was getting a bit annoyed waiting around at the time.
Once they replied, they were polite and got everything sorted without any hassle. So overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but the response time could definitely be better.

"I don’t really trust the allergen info now"
The food itself was fine, but the allergen and dietary info on camile.ie really threw me off. I’m dairy free, and it wasn’t clear what I could safely order or what could be changed. I ended up having to double check way too much, which made me lose trust in the whole process. If you have allergies or dietary needs, it’s not very reassuring.

"The portions were just too tiny"
I don’t know, I was expecting a decent amount of food for the price, and then it showed up and I was like… that’s it? It tasted fine enough, but the portions were so small that I was still hungry after finishing, which kind of defeats the whole point of ordering a meal. I kept thinking maybe I was missing something, but nope, just not enough food. Probably won’t order again.

"Great spot for veggie options"
I’ve ordered from Camile a few times now, i’m a bit biased because I’m always on the lookout for places that do veggie food properly. Their vegan and veggie options are actually really tasty, especially the tofu dishes. Loads of flavour, and it doesn’t feel like they just threw it on the menu as an afterthought. Delivery was quick too, so I’ve no complaints. Happy out

I felt like I was shouting into the void. My complaint barely seemed to get noticed, and the refund took so long to sort out that it felt like an entire lifetime had passed. Super frustrating experience.

I stopped in for a quick bite, but the place just didn’t feel very clean. The tables were sticky when I sat down, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in a while. It kind of took away from the experience, honestly...
